Available Positions
Bloomington Location- PPC/CDL Driver Positions
- Motor Coach and Sedan Drivers:
Safe, professional and courteous PPC & CDL class B and C drivers needed for tours, airport trips and parking shuttles in both Indianapolis and Bloomington, Indiana. - We have Private Sedan driving positions available also.

Bloomington Office- Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative
We are offering an opportunity for the right person to assist us in our fast paced and rapidly growing passenger ground transportation service. Go Express Travel is an excellent place to work if you are a people person. You would be providing driver dispatch and customer services in support of the Operations Manager to promote the achievement of set long-term goals at our Bloomington Branch..
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Dispatch
a. Set up and confirm trips with customers
b. Log the progress of the shuttle bus drivers through the day
c. Update client systems with all necessary information
d. Assist with billing and invoicing for the location
e. Manage the uniform inventory for the company
f. Update Manager with details of the day to day operations
g. Assist with special functions at the Indianapolis Airport when needed
e. Professional interaction with customers on the phone and at the office
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Education Required
a. High School diploma or GED.
b. Proven computer skills utilizing Word, Outlook, Excel
2. Experience
a. 1 year of customer service experience
b. Knowledge of customer service in the logistics service provider environment
3. Skills and Abilities
a. Ability to problem solve
b. Excellent and professional communication skills
c. Strong computer skills
d. Skilled at balancing multiple priorities
e. Detailed multi-tasker is a must

Indianapolis Location- Mechanic
Fast paced and growing passenger transportation service is in need of an additional in-house mechanic to service our fleet of sedans, shuttle buses and motor coaches.
- Automotive repair experience is required.
- Diesel engine repair experience is required.
- Body work repair experience is required.
- Fleet maintenance experience is preferred.
