A: You can reserve online or buy a ride voucher at our kiosks at select shuttle stops. Bloomington Shuttle payment kiosks are located at the IMU, Willkie and the Holiday Inn. Shuttle reservations are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Ride vouchers purchased at the kiosks expire 24 hours from the time of purchase.

For the sake of simplicity and ease of mind, we recommend that you make a reservation in advance using our online reservation system.
- Q: When should I be at the shuttle stop to catch the bus?
A: We recommend you are waiting at your shuttle stop no less than five minutes before the scheduled departure time, make sure you have purchased a ride card.

A: The shuttle bus luggage compartments have a limit on space per passenger. If you will be bringing additional items you will need to purchase an additional ride card and use the seat next to you.
