  • Q: How do I pay for a trip to the airport on the shuttle?
    A: You can reserve online or buy a ride voucher at our kiosks at select shuttle stops. Bloomington Shuttle payment kiosks are located at the IMU, Willkie and the Holiday Inn. You may pay by using debit/credit card. The drivers do not sell tickets and cannot make change. It’s best to purchase your online reservation well in advance of your departure time.

    Shuttle reservations are non-transferable and non-refundable.
    Ride vouchers purchased at the kiosks expire 24 hours from the time of purchase.

  • Q. Are tickets refundable or transferable?
    A: No. Tickets are non-transferable (you cannot transfer tickets to a different date or person). Tickets are also non-refundable.

  • Q. How much does your service cost?
    A: Fares starting at:
    Airport Shuttle Service: One way $23.00 or Round trip $46.00 per person
    Private car service: One way $97.00 or Round trip $194.00

  • Q: How much luggage may I bring on the shuttle?
    A: You may bring two suit cases of no greater than 70 lbs or 62 linear inches and one carry item which must be able to fit under your seat or in the compartment overhead.

  • Q: Is there a charge for small children?
    A: Children ages 3 and under may ride the Airport shuttle for free.

  • Q: Can I travel with my pet on the shuttle?
    A: Yes. Animals must be crated. Of course service animals for impaired passengers are always welcome.

  • Q: Do I need a reservation to ride?
    A: Reservations are given loading preference. A ride voucher does not guarantee a seat on any given shuttle. We recommend you make a reservation using our website, or by calling us at 812-332-6004. Our reserved riders are always seated first.

  • Q: Can I pre-pay a ticket for someone?
    A: You may purchase online and input the "passenger name" on the payment page. You may purchase a ride voucher from any of our kiosks at the shuttle pick-up locations at any time. For the sake of simplicity and ease of mind, we recommend that you make a reservation in advance using our online reservation system.

  • Q: When should I be at the shuttle stop to catch the bus?
    A: We recommend you are waiting at your shuttle stop no less than five minutes before the scheduled departure time, make sure you have purchased a ride card.

  • Q: What if I have more than one carry on and two checked suitcases?
    A: The shuttle bus luggage compartments have a limit on space per passenger. If you will be bringing additional items you will need to purchase an additional ride card and use the seat next to you.

  • Q: Exactly how does the airport shuttle ticket machine work?
    A: At the airport, the IMU, McNutt, Willkie North and the Holiday Inn GO Express Travel kiosk machines are there to serve you. Our new, modern kiosks are credit card only. They are on an easy to navigate touch screen system. Start by choosing the service you would like, the number of passengers, swipe your card as shown, and within 10 seconds you will see a printed ride voucher come from below, and a receipt for your records. Give your ride voucher to the driver when you board the shuttle and keep your receipt.

  • Q: Can I park my vehicle where I get on the shuttle?
    A: GO Express Travel, does not recommend parking without permission at any location(this may lead to your vehicle being towed at your expense). Again, we have no authority to say that you should ever leave a vehicle unattended in a location without permission.

  • Q: Can the shuttle buses be rented for use by private groups?
    A: Of course ! It’s called chartering a bus and we do it every day. GO Express Travel, is insured and licensed to provide both large and small group transportation to anyplace in the U.S., Canada or Mexico. Just call our reservation center at 800-589-6004 and tell us where you would like to go!

  • Q: Where do I find the shuttle at the airport ?
    A: The shuttle picks up at the Ground Transportation Center located directly across from baggage claim area on the lower level of the main terminal. We have a customer service representative who is ready to help you, located at our service desk in the Ground Transportation Center between the hours of 8am-11pm.
